Jeremy Lamb

Heading into his 8h season in the NBA at only the age of 27, Lamb is a perfect of example of how NBA front offices evaluate prospects based on potential. Lamb has only improved with time.

Coming off the best season of his career as a Charlotte Hornet, Lamb gives the Pacers organization and fans something to look forward to as he continues to develop into a formidable NBA guard.

Last season, Lamb averaged 15.3 points per game, which has been a significant increase since his arrival in the league in 2012. The former UConn Husky had his best performance last season against the Brooklyn Nets where he scored 31-points. That performance is an indication of what Lamb can bring to the table offensively.

In the preseason, Lamb was consistent with his play, however, he didn’t have any dominating performances from a scoring standpoint. His best performance came in the team’s first game in India against the Sacramento Kings where he scored 20-points.

However, after that performance, Lamb didn’t show any flashes offensively that would deem him capable of being the primary scorer until Oladipo’s return. But that does not mean he isn’t capable of doing so.
