No. 5 — Cleveland Cavaliers: Jarrett Culver, G

School: Texas Tech | Class: Sophomore | Height: 6’5″ | Weight: 195 | Age: 19

The Cleveland Cavaliers can draft just about whoever they want at this spot. They have holes across the board, so they reserve the right to take their best player available without hesitation. Jarrett Culver is a guy they could pair with Collin Sexton for the future.

Jarrett Culver is a great scorer but has the ability to contribute all over the floor. In two years at Texas Tech, Culver is averaging 13.9 points, including 17.7 points this season. The biggest concern with Culver comes with his carelessness on offense.

He turns the ball over a bit too much for a guard. He is also only shooting 67 percent from the charity stripe. In the end, Culver offers high upside as an NBA scorer that Cleveland can ride while they search for their new identity. — Luke Parrish
