No. 28 — Golden State Warriors: Ty Jerome, G

School: Virginia | Class: Junior | Height: 6’5” | Weight: 195 | Age: 21

The Warriors could use some young blood in their backcourt, Jerome not only provides that youthfulness, but he also brings ball-handling savvy with a marksmen’s eye from the perimeter.

Jerome is averaging 13.1 points, 4.1 rebounds, and 5.3 assists with the currently 2nd ranked Virginia Cavaliers.

Not quick, but long-armed and tall, Jerome isand excellent defender and has a mastery of how to control the tempo.

And his leadership skills are refined as well, after running the point for a perennially high-ranked Virginia team. If you need someone to play off of Curry and occasionally run the point, Jerome might just be your guy.  — Jonathan Matthes
