No. 14 Boston Celtics (via Sacramento Kings) — Bol Bol, C

School: Oregon | Class: Freshman | Height: 6’7″ | Weight: 190 | Age: 19

Of all the prospects in this class, Bol Bol might be the one with the most polarizing strengths and weaknesses. On one hand, Bol is a towering, 7’3″ unicorn with endlessly long arms. His shooting touch is fantastic and it helps make him one of the most potentially dangerous players in this class.

On the other end of the spectrum, his gangly frame will always provide significant injury concern and he is slow as molasses. Because of this, Bol’s success will be highly reliant on his fit and Boston is a perfect spot.

Under Brad Stevens, Bol would have a great system and environment to develop in and a fantastic mentor in Al Horford to teach him the intricacies of the game. Stevens’ defensive scheme would attempt to minimize Bol’s sluggishness and maximize his freakish offensive upside. — Ben Pfeifer
