After two straight Eastern Conference Finals appearances, the Indiana Pacers had grown accustomed to beginning their offseason in June. But due to an injury-riddled season that kept them out of the playoffs, they now have a month-and-a-half jump on their summer plans.

For the players, those plans probably include winning fishing tournaments, dying their hair, and other normal stuff. But for Larry Bird and Co., it’s all about building the best roster possible for next season.

There are holes to fill — particularly in an aging front court — and with a lottery pick and a fairly deep field of big man, they might have a good chance at snagging a future starter.

Karl Towns and Jahlil Okafor will be long gone before Indiana’s name comes up on the board, but there will still be plenty of good talent available at the power forward and center positions.

Who are the most realistic big man options for the Pacers in this year’s draft, and why should/shouldn’t they draft them?

Note: Videos will be posted along with each prospect to help you form your own opinions, and are from DraftExpress.
