Indiana Pacers Trade Option Option #1: Lance Comes Home

Why this is a good Indiana Pacers trade – This is Larry Bird being one selfish dude. Lance Stephenson coming back could be the shot in the arm this team needs to go on a run. Not to mention it would put quite a few more butts in the seats at Banker’s Life. Although George Hill has looked great while on the court, he spends most of his time showing us what he’s got in his dress closet. C.J. Watson and Donald Sloan will continue to give the team quality minutes at the point guard spot, giving Lance and C.J. Miles a chance to round out the backcourt in the starting five. Cue the Skylar Grey/Diddy special

Why this is a good Charlotte Hornets trade – No more Lance distractions. He has been out of the lineup since December 17, although he is set to return this week against the Spurs. George Hill’s contract isn’t a great one to take on, but being in Charlotte would allow George Hill to flourish in the two guard spot alongside the surging Kemba Walker and finally play to his strengths instead of masquerading as a point guard.
