8. Tyrese Haliburton – 40.4% in 82 games

Was there any doubt that our franchise cornerstone would be on this list? A player that many of us have found hope for this Pacers franchise through is no surprise to many. While it is still brief, his time in Indiana has been incredibly efficient from deep, especially given how early in his career he is at the moment.

Tyrese Haliburton was traded to the Pacers from the Kings, and since then, has begun to rise within league circles to be considered one of, if not the best, passers in the NBA. And his shooting? Well that’s pretty good as well.

He is currently averaging over 40..4% in 82 games so far in Indiana, and he is still getting better! What makes this number so intriguing is that he is able to do that while being the creator himself. Many guys on this list were spot up shooters that relied on other players to get them open. But Haliburton? He can get himself open and knock down the shot.

How lucky are Pacers’ fans right now? Don’t take Haliburton and what he is doing for granted.
