Indiana Pacers Starting PF: Domantas Sabonis

One of Indy’s recent traditions is Domantas Sabonis‘ yearly improvement. And with how things currently shake up, there’s literally no reason to think that the two-time All-Star will face a roadblock in his career next season.

Easily the Indiana Pacers’ best bet to crack the All-Star team, Domas managed to eke out a historic season for himself in the recently concluded campaign, becoming the only player in the league to average 20 points, 12 rebounds and six assists. Those are astronomical numbers for a big man, cementing him as Indy’s center of gravity on offense.

Though the team will be at full strength (hopefully), Sabonis will most likely not face a decline in touches since he plays a lot with the bench anyway. As the catalyst of the second unit, a tremendous rebounder and the league’s best passing big man not named Nikola Jokic, bet your money on Domas once again registering near-triple-double numbers en route to another All-Star berth.

Projected 2021-22 stats: 35.2 MPG, 21.6 PPG, 12.1 RPG, 7.2 APG on 54.0/31.8/74.7 shooting
