Indiana Pacers free agent target: Bryn Forbes, Milwaukee Bucks

Bryn Forbes has been a quality player since he entered the league in 2016, consistently providing a prolific threat from the three-point line. In stints with the Spurs and the Bucks, he has tallied a remarkable 41.2 percent mark on triples.

Despite being undersized as a shooting guard, Forbes knows where to pick his spots and when to relocate. After playing prominent roles with San Antonio and now in Milwaukee, his off-ball movement has almost been on the level of J.J. Redick. However, he is not without his faults. He is not a playmaker, at only 1.3 assists per game in his career. He is also a defensive liability because of his short frame, though his effort is inarguable.

With a player option, Forbes can easily opt out and make more than his meager salary in the market. He’s been huge for the Bucks’ bench, but with Milwaukee having the 4th-most expensive roster in the league, re-signing him will be a tall task as bigger money can prompt the Michigan Spartan to go to division rival Indiana Pacers.
