In his fourth career NBA All-Star game, Paul George recorded 12 points, 5 rebounds, and 3 assists.

It wasn’t anywhere near his 2015-2016 All-Star game performance in which he scored 41 points, but at least Paul represented the Indiana Pacers.

George shot 6 of 15 from the field and 0-6 from 3-point land. He scored 12 points,  grabbed 5 rebounds and handed out 3 assists in 22 minutes. All of his made field goals were dunks. His shot, like his previous two games during the regular season, was off.

George did have a sweet Tracy McGrady esque pass-to-self-alley-oop, though.

Like most All-Star games, no defense was played. The teams combined for a total score of 374 points.

The East made 22 three-pointers, and the West made 21. That’s good for a total of 45 three-pointers made. The West ended up getting the win with a final score of 192-182.

After Paul coming so close to breaking the NBA record for most points in an All-Star game last year, Anthony Davis accomplished the feat this year. He scored 52 points in his hometown of New Orleans, winning the MVP award. Russell Westbrook also had a huge night, scoring 41 points and making 7 three-pointers. Giannis Antetokounpo led the East in scoring with 30 points and a ton of dunks.

Paul George and the Indiana Pacers can now set their focus on the remainder of the 2016-2017 season. The Pacers have lost six straight games, and play a tough Memphis Grizzlies team on February 24th. After that game, the Pacers will head out on the road for a five-game road trip.

It was great to see Paul George, Glenn Robinson III, and Myles Turner represent the Indiana Pacers throughout All-Star Weekend. Glenn won the 2017 Dunk Contest and Myles Turner played in the Rising Stars game. The team showed the three a lot of love, which is encouraging considering the negativity a six-game losing streak could bring.
