Fortunately, Paul George isn’t going through the trauma of his injury alone. His parents were on hand to watch the scrimmage, and have been near his side since he wrecked his leg. Pacers executive Kevin Pritchard is also on hand, according to Rich Nye of WTHR.
Las Vegas resident C.J. Watson, who has been George’s teammates since joining Indiana last summer, also made it to the hospital to see his friend. He tweeted that PG was in good spirits as he headed into surgery to repair what is almost certainly a broken leg.
