NBA Off Season: Danny Granger versus Derrick Rose

Denise E asks “Is Granger 100% fit now. Can he play as good as he was before?“, while Stefan K asks ” Now DRose is back could the Pacers keep their Central Division title?”  I know these are two different questions, but they’ll both fit into my answer for each. They’re pretty much on the same path way as to what I want to talk about here, so I wanted to answer both questions in one article.
You look at how both guys impact their fellow teams, and that is why I felt the need to combine these questions. I understand Derrick Rose has a much bigger impact on his team as he is their superstar. But I also feel like Danny Granger coming back could really play a factor in how the Pacers roll.  If Granger comes back healthy and ready to go, that could be a great scoring option to have, and not even a first, second, or third one.  But he would still be a threat out there for double figures, and could work well with the starters or the bench.
Rose’s impact for the Bulls could be that he carries the team like he has, and they end up battling for that Central Division title.  All those right pieces are Rose and if he’s able to play mentally 100%, just think how good the Bulls will be.  That is why both teams should be there battling back and forth for the Central Division. This might be a race that isn’t won till the final month of the season, which will be fun to watch.  That is why BOTH guys are so important to their respective teams.
