Indiana Pacers vs Charlotte Bobcats: Preseason Preview

Indiana Pacers vs Charlotte Bobcats

Charlotte Bobcats Off Season Recap:

To show how much there’s attention paid to the Bobcats team, I had to look up what moves they made. Surprisingly, they did make a move for Ben Gordon as that should add some scoring punch to the team. I don’t think he brings much else, but it was a move. The Bobcats tried to keep around guys like DJ Augustin and Derrick Brown, but both guys end up leaving. They made an push for Antawn Jamison, but he goes to the Lakers for a lot less money.

This will be a young team, and as bad as they were last year, they can’t be any worse this year, can they? They’ll have Michael Kidd-Gilchrist as a rookie, who should be good for something. Gerald Henderson and Bismarck Biyombo are two young guys that are going to have to learn how to play on the fly for the Bobcats. It might be another long losing season for Charlotte.

Indiana Pacers vs Charlotte Bobcats Match up:

There’s one guy on the Pacers roster that would love to play the Bobcats every game, Tyler Hansbrough.  I never know what it is about him and playing the Bobcats, but he always comes to play against them.  It could be that he’s just in a good position to do well against them.  The rest of the Pacers do well against this team as well.

I’m sorry Charlotte, but this season won’t be much different.  Here’s a fun stat for you: 28 games played between the teams, and the Pacers lead the series 19-9.  That’s right, the Pacers hold quite the edge over Charlotte.  There’s not a lot of games played between these two, but it goes to show how much better the Pacers are.

The Pacers will take care of business in games against Charlotte just like history shows.
