NBA Playoffs: Wednesday Night Preview

Boston Celtics vs Philadelphia 76ers

I heard somewhere that the Sixers have played in three straight one point games, which is a crazy stat to produce.  Does this come come down to a one point win for either side?  I think if the Celtics play the way they could play, they should win by 5 or more.  I keep saying the Celtics are the better team, and usually in the playoffs the better team wins.  But this Sixers team is doing just enough to win games, so maybe my prediction of this being a Celtics win for the series, could prove wrong.  If Kevin Garnett can find his shot sooner than last game, the Celtics need to take advantage of that.  Don’t think the Sixers have anyone who can really match up with Garnett.  That would be the key to this game.  They play again Friday night as well, so I think who takes game 3 ends up taking game 4 as well.

Los Angeles Lakers vs Oklahoma City Thunder

(Thunder Lead 1-0)

Do we get the competitive match up that people think this series can be tonight?  If the Thunder play like they did in game one, obviously not.  This Thunder team just looks at another level than the Lakers.  Kevin Durant and Russell Westbrook have been great during the playoffs and should continue their roll tonight.  I’m not going out on a limb in saying the Thunder should win by 10 or more.
