Mike Dunleavy has been working on his game a lot more than rehabbing his knee. He hasn’t played a full season since 2007.
“I’m ready,” Dunleavy told The Indianapolis Star. “I had a good summer. I don’t have any predictions or anything like that, but I’m ready to play.”
Dunleavy will start the first five games of the season due to Brandon Rush’s suspension. He will play at shooting guard. He looks to prove himself well.
“When I’m healthy, I’m pretty good,” Dunleavy told the paper. “That’s one of the advantages. The other thing is I’m pretty versatile. I can play a lot of positions, probably four positions. Hopefully we’ll have some minutes for me.”
